Well a month into 2010 and I feel like I got a lot accomplished. I launched a whole new version of FoxZero.net and I posted a good bit of new content so far. Throughout the end of January I held off trying to implement the new features mentioned before so I could focus on getting more content up. Now that February is here I think it's time I try again. The main focus is a site based MP3 player and a download manager. The MP3 player on this site works, but it displays error messages. The problem with implementing these features is that I have to rely on components written by other programmers. While I fancy scripting now and then, I am no programmer. I am also still not content with the layout of this site, but I have to make do with what I have. Hopefully before the year is out the site will have a whole new look and layout. Until then I'm going to keep tweaking it to make it as presentable as possible. For those too lazy too read long articles I was thinking of recording the spoken articles like I do with my movie reviews. It wouldn't be that much of an effort and for registered users I could make the MP3s available for free download. They could then be treated like mini-podcasts. I am also going to try and keep up with my current rate of posting articles a few times a week. There will be times when I am down or away, but I'll do my best to keep times between posts no more than a week. I am mindful of the poll on the right side of the screen, but in order to keep the content flowing I need to do articles relevant to what I am doing presently. Right now I am spending a good bit of time playing my beloved Elder Scrolls games, I may be posting content for the fans of the game as well as a project that should interest even those who aren't fans. As for the new website I mentioned back in December, it's still on the drawing board. I first want to polish up this site and Wolf-Hybrid.net further before launching a whole new website. I'll be adding new stuff to Wolf-Hybrid.net over this month too, so check that out when you get a chance. So pretty much the agenda for this month is to finish what I started and keep on track with posting articles. If anything serious comes up it will be posted as a mini-update as usually.
